SnapSlide 利用規約

本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、SnapSlide(以下「本アプリ」)を利用するすべてのお客様(以下「ユーザー」)に適用されます。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリの利用

本アプリは、お客様の写真をスライドパズル(15 パズル形式)に変換して遊ぶことを目的としたアプリケーションです。本アプリの利用により、お客様は本規約および Apple の Apple Media Services 規約に拘束されることに同意するものとします。

2. 知的財産

本アプリのソースコード、デザイン、UI 等の一切の権利は本アプリの運営者に帰属します。お客様が本アプリ内で生成したパズル画像に関しては、お客様自身が著作権を保持します。

3. SnapSlide Pro サブスクリプション

• 本アプリは月額および年額の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供します。
• 料金は購入確認時に Apple ID にお支払いいただきます。
• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも 24 時間前にキャンセルされない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• 更新は現在の期間終了の 24 時間前から実施されます。
• キャンセルおよび管理は、購入後にお客様の Apple ID アカウント設定からご利用いただけます。
• 無料トライアル期間がある場合、ユーザーが Apple ID 設定よりキャンセルしない限り、トライアル終了時に有料サブスクリプションが開始されます。

4. 禁止事項

お客様は、本アプリの利用にあたり以下の行為を行わないものとします。

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル等
• 本アプリを利用した違法行為
• 第三者の権利を侵害する写真の使用
• 本アプリのサーバーや動作に過度な負荷をかける行為

5. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。運営者は、本アプリの利用により発生した直接的・間接的損害について、適用される法令により認められる範囲で一切の責任を負いません。

6. 規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内またはこのページにて通知します。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属管轄とします。

SnapSlide Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users ("you") of SnapSlide ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App lets you turn photos into 15-style slide puzzles. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Apple Media Services Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All source code, design, and UI of the App belong to the operator. You retain copyright in any puzzle images you create from your own photos.

3. SnapSlide Pro Subscription

• The App offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewals occur within the 24-hour window before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, the paid subscription begins at the end of the trial unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App
• Use the App for any illegal activity
• Use photos that infringe on the rights of third parties
• Place undue load on the App's servers or operation

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes

The operator may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
